SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
Thanks for shopping at Zeenie Dollz.
If for any reason you do not love your items (including Sales and Clearance), they can be returned at any time, and we’re here to help.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a 7-10 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Sales tax will be added to orders when applicable. It will be displayed during checkout along with any other pricing information that may pertain to your order.

The cost for shipping is calculated and displayed on the Checkout page before you complete your order. Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
You can find delivery costs at checkout, on the Order Confirmation email and online when you view your order on the Order Status website.

· Virgin Islands
A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. This tracking number will allow you to check on the delivery status of your order. We will keep you updated on your order status via email.
